Making the most of your time with us...
*Appointments - Please help us by arriving 10 - 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time to change and relax in our Spa area. Arriving late may cause your appointment to be
shortened. To ensure you get your preferred appointment, we recommend you schedule your next service prior to leaving.
*Cancellations - We understand the sometimes you need to change your schedule, we kindly ask that you give us 24 hours notice if you must cancel your appointment. No shows can be subjected to
a 100% cancellation fee. A deposit equal to 50% of service is required for large parties or previous short notice cancellation of services.
*For Your Comfort - A signature robe and slippers are provided for you if you wish. During treatments, your body is draped with sheets or towels, to ensure your privacy. However, because your relaxation
and enjoyment is our number one priority, please feel free to leave on as much clothing as makes your feel comfortable.
*Gratuities - If you feel you received good service, you can show it, the rule in day spas is 20% of the cost of the service.
We love kids but... The spa is a place where Moms & Dads come to rest and recharge their batteries, so please make arrangements in advance and come enjoy the spa without your little ones. Children
under the age of 13 must be supervised at all times and only in the spa when they are having a service. Please leave cell phones turned off or on vibrate, so that you may completely relax. Use a “Spa Voice”
in spa areas. Relax... that’s generally why you are in the spa. Enjoy the benefits and allow others to do the same. "Practice doing nothing!"

- We do Spa parties: whether you are celebrating a birthday, engagement, wedding shower, or just the end of a long work week, a spa Party is the ideal way to combine relaxation and socializing.
- We are wheel chair accessible.
- We are open 7 days a week, 262 days a year.
- You can get FREE services at Changes. For every dollar you spend, you collect loyalty points. Earn enough points to select a pampering service of your choice -- Ask us how!
- We Recycle, reuse and reduce as much as we can. Your Hair is recycled into lifesaving mats, that naturally absorbs oil spills from the ocean. Your hair, when cut, is saving lives of marine birds and sea life in harbors and oceans around the world. Changes takes pride in being an environmentally responsible member of the community.
- We make house calls & hospital calls for clients requiring that extra service. There is a charge for travelling.

At Changes Salon & Spa, gift cards makes a wonderful gift for any special occasion, holiday or cause for celebration. Indulge yourself too, and discover the joy of not only giving but also receiving. A
great way to say "Thank-you" to important clients, associates, friends, relatives, etc.
Methods of Payment
We accept Cash, Debit, Visa, MasterCard, America Express & Changes gift cards.
Guarantee: If we have done something that you are not happy with we will redo it or fix it within one week of having that service done at no charge to you. We want you to be happy from appointment
to appointment!
We are always open to suggestions. Please let us know how we can better serve you. If for any reason you are uncomfortable with anything, please let your spa therapist know during your treatment.
